I have a Janoel 12 and I have been incubating my eggs for about a day now but I'm having a lot of trouble with the temperature and humidity. I have 4 hygrometers and all 4 are giving me different readings. I have 2 inside the incubator against the side of it that are saying 84%,80° and 65%,88°. I have another one inside the incubator sitting with the eggs that says 66%,88° and another one sitting in my room that says 44%,71°. My incubator is set to 37.5°C (hygrometers are in °F). A couple in my incubator have similar readings right now but they keep fluctuating and at one point one of them had the humidity at 99%. The readings I just listed I got after taking all of the water out. How can I fix the temperature and humidity?

Update:
I just checked the hygrometers again and the 2 inside against the wall of the incubator are both around 45%,90 degrees. The one in the middle of the eggs has a similar temp but the humidity is 85%. I added a little water and now the humidity for the 2 against the wall is 59% and 63%. I have also put a blanket around my incubator and changed the temp on it 38.5 C.

Sorry I never incubated duck eggs, but should the humidity be that high? Just asking. I'm not planning on hatching any ducks, only chickens.
