I have some LF Silkies, my rooster weighs alittle over 4lbs, & the size of a Standard Sized rooster.

What is LF Silkie? I have a couple, but they r very small.

Have you candled them? How is the air cell? I would suggest keep them up right in incubator (pointy end down) for 3 days. Before turning.

You check your silkies by measuring, & weighing them.
I'm not sure.

End of day 1 quite successful (in terms of humidity), kept it between 35-45% occasionally it dropped to 30 which I wasn’t too worried about. Turned 3 times. Temp stayed around 38.5 which I think is alright. Fingers crossed I get a good hatch rate

Hi! I am currently ending day 7 of my silkie & Brahma shipped egg incubation... I am brand new to this but I've been documenting on my hatch along if you're interested! 2 of my eggs are TINY but growing! I don't know their lineage beyond "silkie" but interested to see if they end up smaller!

Not to worry, I threw 2 silkie eggs and 2 normal eggs under my silkie Cochin X and the silkie eggs hatched out tiny wee babies .

They are 4 weeks today and growing like weeds. Just make sure they have plenty of water, chick starter and warmth, also space to run and play. My tiny silkie chicks keep up with the bigger ones fine.
