INCUBATING w/FRIENDS! w/Sally Sunshine Shipped Eggs No problem!

Ok so remember how I said that i heard eggs cracking and chirping and my broody was purring but when we got her off the nest there was no chick and there was an egg that was put in the incubator that seemed to be about 16 days along...? I just went to thoroughly clean out the nesting box and had not seen it before but there were a ton of egg shells at the bottom...so does that mean that the one we heard chirping was probably eaten? If I have a homicidal broody I want to make sure I dont use her again!

I have 7 layers and two that should be Starting any day. Does it drive anyone else crazy not knowing who is laying each egg. I wish I could assign them nesting boxes! Lol

Most feed stores will probably have the smaller syringes, but they might not have anything larger than 12's.

day 2 on the bator trail run, still hold at 100.3 or 4 high, 98.4 to 6 low any thoughts, or let her go the full week, or should I adjust it up a little? Leave it alone and see what happens?

Syringes from Amazon.

30's will work, but 60's will work better. I usually drain 300-500 ml at a time, so be sure to by several. Syringes need to be "luer slip", not "catheter tip"
