could u pm me about how u cared fore it
They're easy to care for.
A well set up aquatic terrarium or aquarium with a means for them to get out of the water. A bunch of small minnows or other fish and aquatic insects. That's all they need.
Oh, and don't look at them like another pet. You can't play with or handle snappers.
Surprisingly, common snappers are even more dangerous than alligator snappers.

How many is to many???
More than one can care for.

I have 2 Hovabators, 2 farm innovators, 1 Brinsea Octagon 20 and my Incuview XL cabinet incubator.
I wish you the best hatch!!!

I thought I was bad, I have 2 Brinsea 40's, and incuview and an LG. I can NOT have a cabinet incubator since I know I would fill it with eggs and I really need to stop hatching eggs for a while....

Saying that, my broody silkie has 3 babies that hatched yesterday and 2 eggs she's still sitting on.

Plus we are up to 10 chicks inside. 1 Fly Tie, 3 from green eggs, 2 from bluish eggs, and 4 from beige eggs. I had to help the 10th chick, it was mal positioned and it was able to zip, but not push out. It had started to zip when I went to bed and still wasn't out when I got up. I opened the rest of the zip line and freed it's feet and it just laid there. I checked it before leaving for work and it was up and running around, as healthy as can be. There were 2 fly tie eggs pipped as of last night, but they were no further along this morning. We are on day 21. There are still 15 eggs that need to do something (mostly the shipped fly tie eggs).

Plus, BOTH Brinsea's are FULL, plus 6 eggs in the LG.

Happy Hatching everyone!

Are you planning on breeding the fly tie? Where did you get yours?

Thank you!!! I have my cabinet full and the Hovabator only has 10 Maran eggs and I have the brinsea running but don't have eggs in it yet. Sort of using it as a second hatchet right now.
