banti, I forgot to tell you, my first ducks hatched March 19th I think and they got their tail curls last week! so est three month mark.

I used to make sourdough before I got celiacs..... It was so good.....

Sorta forgetting now!

Bummer too bad there's not away of making it with a flour you could handle.

Or is it just the fermentation process

It isn't the same as gluten though. I dunno, maybe I'll try it again......

My goat pen is almost done! need to paint the back and one side plywood and the front and other visible side I have to rip some skid boards into slats and cover the spaces yet. Oh and make a hay feeder and fill with stone. Free is good!
