Its okay, I've gotten used to it. Its mostly the social part that is an issue, because you can't go out for pizza with friends and you gotta go to certain places if you do go that have GF food, and picnics and potlucks are still no-goes because of contamination issues. Staying at home is SO much easier!
However, the one thing that is not changed by GF is brownies. Still just as delish as before!!![]()

Seems a little low to me, but mayber for someone short like you. You could measure and see how you'd feel working on something at that height. It wouldn't be difficult to make platform and ramp to adjust to a comfortable height.
