I have a friend that is looking for a home for a speckled Sussex Easter Egger rooster.  Ventura county, California.  Just under a year.  Any takers?  If I could keep rooster, I'd consider it, but I am desperately trying to keep my silkie roo quiet.....
I would if I was close I would take him asap

I do think the air cell is too small for 15 days, but I am asking about all of the above. They look like they have stopped growing from one direction, but okay from another. Air cell down is too hard for me to take a picture of. Up is all black. Here's a better picture.
This is a picture of mine taken a few minutes ago (day 14). Shining the light down through the air cell, you should see something like this on the more "open" side:

It's normal for one side of the egg to be darker than the other.

My candling never showed any veins this clearly. Very nice photo!!

If for any reason no other silkies hatch - I have 10 other babies (EE, BA, BO, NHR, ranging in age from 15 days to 20 days. I have 2 silkie babies that are several months old. Can I take one or two of the smallest other babies and put them in with this baby?

Thanks. I'm sure it a lot to do with the eggs. They're light brown Barred Rocks, so they're pretty easy to see through... plus the IncuBright does a pretty good job of lighting them up.

I may as well add that all 7 of the eggs I set 2 weeks ago are alive and well with good veining, good movement, and good air cells... good to go. Keeping my fingers crossed they all make it to (and through) lockdown.
