No problem! Hey, question, my bator has been running about .5 degrees warm for the whole incubation period, do you think I should lock down tonight in case there are early puppets?

not unless you have bantams in OR get them ready for it and candle and see if you are starting draw down if you are then lock them or if air cells are getting too large lock them.

At what point do you feed and water the newbies?

water first right?
then like an hour chick starter?

I haven't given the bathroom guy anything yet but DH is gettin a bit anxious.
I kinda figured since is is a complete Miracle it is even here and alive it might just need to rest.

Don't know. Got any expert tips on candling? Also any tips on a good candeler? Thought I would have a couple more days to read up on candeling and to get a candelier. Guess not.

as soon as you get them out of the hatcher, feed and water. eating helps them to use the yolk more efficiently.
