I don't know, my flock frolicks outside with the drake and roosters unless we are below zero. they love the rain, snow all off it except below zero and high winds any time of year.

Funniest thing I've seen my hens do, much to the dismay of both roosters, is go fishing in the ditch with the drake

your welcome, go readback I added a pdf for you.

you have kids? Check the incubator thermometer's accuracy by placing the bulb next to the bulb of a clinical (the kind used to measure body temperature). Hold both in a cup of lukewarm tap water and compare the readings. Compensate for any variation of the incubating thermometer by increasing or decreasing by the amount of variation. Also if your thermometer does not have a probe you could put it side by side with the medical thermometer in a room that you have heated above 90*F, the minimum most medical thermometers will read.
i dont think i can put mine in water

Mine actually like the hose, I think they like running water rather than their water feeders, they don't like getting sprayed though!
My Lab loved the hose. I lost her a couple years ago. My current lab/akita is learning to love it. She doesn't like to be sprayed, but she likes trying to bite the water. Here's one of the last photos of my lab with my current as a pup.

Here's what my current pup looks like now:
