Yeah I already checked through your stache. For incubating horizontal and turning do they just get rolled 180* one way and than 180* back the other way?see DIY turners plenty of them

would be problematic trying to turn them.Depending on the width of the 'bator, why couldn't you run dowels from one side to the other, extending to the outside so you'd have something to get hold of? You'd probably need to cover them with something tacky so they wouldn't spin without the eggs rotating.
