I'm taking the day off at home to "look after" them (not that they need it, apparently). They are totally fine, strong, healthy, and bouncing around, but I've still been enjoying watching them. The TSCs around here have not been getting Pekins in. About an hour ago, one got some in. While they are usually up for grabs immediately, they are too weak. First the guy said he'd give them to Sunday, then Monday. While I appreciate that, I want Pekins NOW! I hope he keeps them calm, and knows about vitamins and such!

And now the power went out. Not a good hatch week for me. Moved the incubator with the pipped chick into the room with a UPS and now it stopped moving. Oye!!!!!

Yes, she certainly was gaited! One of the most popular field trial horses on the MD-PA circuit at the time. I wouldn't own anything but gaited stock.
