Yeah Nigerians are prolific and they eat more briars. My dairy goats and Boer goats will settle into twins and triplets on average after this first year. I will not breed those less than twelve months again. The youngest I intentionally bred was 10 months and I bought one bred at eight. They all gave singles and my one that was sixteen months had twins. From the last two years the ones over a year give multiples for the most part even as first timers so it is worth waiting.

Dax do you eat goat meat?

Bubbles remember the SL Barnevelder that I spoke abaout? here they are!

Wonderful birds! This is my first time to see them in 4 month!
Gorgeous! I almost bought some eggs.

I plan to when I get some bucklings. I got a doe from my Boer this year and the little Boer Kiko cross was accidentally bred by my Saanen so I hope it is a doe because the cross is beneficial for does, but does not strengthen the bucks output.

Quote: They drive me crazy!! I love all the lacing especially the silver!
The lacing is rather nice.

Interesting. With my Nigerians, the first year I had them I had 3 bred at about 8 months old, 2 had quads, and 1 had triplets.

This is a product of eggs sold as Ameruacana the batch we hatched the second week of March. Does anyone else think EE and have any guesses on the cross?
