Ohhhhh THAT "cold turkey" okay. ,,catching up my apologies
Think I was thinking of "Old turkey" (I think it's a whiskey? Can't remember for sure) Sometimes that N runs into the A,,or I mix them up sheesh, or I scramble them all together the O.E. the A....the N. The alanon I'm rambling I'm sorry. I didn't mean to ramble,forgive me.

I have lost 11 kg from me

Yes. Have been for a few years. I just got my wife hooked almost a year ago.
We have different ideas.
I'm more of a raw food person. She needs recipes and cook her food. She has 2 paleo cookbooks.
I prefer my meat and fish rare or raw. Also fruits and vegetables. Very few grains or bread.
A muslie breakfast about twice a month. Raw oats, wheat and rye in plain yogurt with tree nuts, berries and other fruit. Perhaps a little honey depending on how much fruit.
Otherwise breakfast is eggs, a little meat, nuts and berries/fruit. Sometimes things like avocado or spinach.
No processed foods - things with artificial flavor, color, sugar, MSG, GMO, etc. .
I haven't lost much weight but I feel very healthy.

I am new in it 3 month now, my oldest sun is very in it, I am a very active and sportive person, so I think that is another reason for the weight loss.
We to dont eat nothing processed, a lot of good eggs, meat, fish, hige fat persent chees, vegetabels, in all colors, shape and cooking methods fruit- not to much, especially the one's with low glicimic index , and a lot off nuts almonds, pecans, macdemia, walnut, ect. No wheat at all for my wife and other children I bake sawerdow organic all grain spelt. My sun that was very very atletic , less tgan 5% fat! Is became somthing out of this world! You can see is anatomy like those Greek or Roman status

That sounds fantastic. I think I just eat too much. And I need to quit beer.
