Ara you practicing paleo?

Yes. Have been for a few years. I just got my wife hooked almost a year ago.
We have different ideas.
I'm more of a raw food person. She needs recipes and cook her food. She has 2 paleo cookbooks.
I prefer my meat and fish rare or raw. Also fruits and vegetables. Very few grains or bread.
A muslie breakfast about twice a month. Raw oats, wheat and rye in plain yogurt with tree nuts, berries and other fruit.
Otherwise breakfast is eggs, a little meat, nuts and berries/fruit. Sometimes things like avocado or spinach.
No processed foods - things with artificial flavor, color, sugar, MSG, etc. .
I haven't lost much weight but I feel very healthy.
