I think what is being said is that if your female Muscovies had a run in with a wild mallard then the eggs would hatch faster BUT the babies hatching would be sterile-unable to reproduce, do u follow?

yes but I have had her four her whole life.I have only the male goose and male muscovy

Just trying to come up with ideas as to why your eggs are hatching early, maybe your temps were a smidge high maybe when you weren't looking a handsome mallard made a pass at your duck- we don't know so we r just guessing
