Couldn't critters chew through the end especially the cap with drain holes!
You could always cover the exposed end of the pvc with a hardware cloth cage.

As chaos mentioned covering the end would be an option. Depending on how long the water stays I would consider digging a trench design similar to a French drain. Bury the drain tile, cover with gravel and keep it all contained in the run. You would probably have to put a slight grade to direct the water to the tile but that would be my approach. Then again I usually have what seem like good ideas but never seem to work the way I envision them.
 
I started a thread, but does anybody here have any preditor proof ideas to fix my drainage problem? Between the baseboard that connects the side hc and the apron and the gravel it does not drain well with big rains.
Cover the coop floor with 20- 30 cm of gravel, and dig some draining canal to the outside
