I do believe she is wearing what we called, ~ ~ Hot Pants! Ha ha.... I wore some on the last day of school back in the 70's because, well, it was the last day of school and I knew they wouldn't send me home. It was a whole tight outfit with a turtle neck and a white belt, the outfit was Lavender. Pretty cool. I only wore them a couple of times. They were toooo short!
