setting up a home built incubator, temp is running about 94-95 to 101-102 F I'm using an old mini frig with a lower hot water heater thermostat, circulation comes from a computer fan, any thoughts?

Ditch the thermostat asap and either get a full electronic or a wafer at a minimum. How many bulbs? What wattage? What are you using for thermometers? How many? Are they correct? What about fans? What kind? How many? What cfm? Pictures..... Do you have any pictures?????
