Try using the hottest water your tap will provide. When I need to quickly spike humidity this is what I do.

Of course I now have a several poopy butted adult hens but they get acv, yogurt, etc. Of course we are being deluged for at least the fourth time in a month. It has been raining for almost thirty two hours and we got over four inches this afternoon alone. To say everything is wet is an understatement.

I can trace the air sacs of 29 eggs while I'm waiting. Still collecting for next weeks hatch

If there is condensation. It is probably high enough but, the bator isn't reading it right. Is this correct @Sally Sunshine ?

yes if its has condensation there is plenty humidity, you r correct

If the amount of water vapor in the air increases while the temperature remains the same, the relative humidity will increase. If it reaches 100%, condensation will occur.

I can't believe how successful my first hatch is going. 6 hatched and are running around terrorizing the other eggs. They pipped to zipped quickly. I now have 4 more pips, but they haven't done anything for HOURS.... I know that is normal, it's just annoying because the other eggs transitioned so much faster.

This is incredibly addicting....I'm not sure I ever should have started....lol
