I have never had duck or geese but man, that looks yummmmmy

If you ever get the chance, remember this advice. Never cook it over Medium. My family and I prefer seared to Medium Rare. You can't get me to choke down a fully cooked waterfowl!!! Eva!!! Tastes like @$$...... But medium rare is awesome, completely different cut of meat believe it or not.

I forgot to mention Sandhills Cranes. They are phenomenal, rating up and maybe surpassing the Specks. We kill quite a few of them too. Never pass them up over the decoy spread.

I'm not allowed to say if I made out with Sally......she might get mad.
How did I know something like that was coming?

What kind of brinsea?

not sure why you have issues with that, do you have warranty?

I have a brinsea mini advance, and it's working, it's just the long eggs don't want to turn, so 5 of the eggs turn and two don't. I've tried adjusting them and all but nothing is working!

ALSO, my crested cream legbar pullet went missing this afternoon. No trace. All other chickens accounted for, no one seems upset. She was the only pullet in the run, the rest had stayed in the coop. Any ideas? No feather, no other losses, no one seems upset. Just POOF gone. Any ideas where a run away pullet would hide/ how far they roam??? I am very upset. I've put out a missing add and walked around the block without luck.

I dont know anyone that hunts... raised military brat and my dad had his fill of wilderness. He was always concerned about his fire arms around us so we grew up not even knowing he had them... decided to get a shot gun in my thirties and dad finally gave me a small course of how to clean it and stuff but I still needed gun safety.. Still dont know if I could hunt though.

Hi,
Had better, had worse. Sciatic nerve acting up a bit; nothing new...this too shall pass.
Y'all had any new snow in beautiful downtown NM?

None new, most is melted here but the mountain is still covered. So pretty out the window!

Stretches help your back? Hope it quits messing with you soon.

Years ago, my wife and I were out to dinner with friends and she ordered duck appetizers. I told her not to and she said she likes duck at home. I said please don't, you're not going to like it. The waiter brought out the plate and she took one bite, spit it out and said "this tastes like @$$!!!!" The whole restaurant went quiet, could've heard a pin drop. LMAO
