eat em! Sell a few. They seem to taste better when ya dunt gotta pick the shot out!

Maybe you should start, Low supply may mean higher demand.
Very common in higher star restaurants.

Also,
sell the eggs
$2-$6 for 1-2 dozen
They lay better than my RSL, which is saying something.
They can start lay in as little as 6-8 weeks, and are ready for processing.
