What we know for sure so far at the 5-6k ft altitude with eggs layed as same altitude using an LG forced air incubator is
1: dry method works best but keep both plugs out the whole time but do not let it get below 25% humidity before adding a little bit into one of the channels if i fill 2 channels for lockdown I end up with 80-90% humidity so don't add more than just enough to keep it around 40-45 for lock down
2. you need to stop the egg turned around day 13-14 that helped with all the mal positioned chicks I was getting, was advised by someone else here went from about 75-90% down to 1-2%

This time I am not using the egg turner see if that helps, it has been a lot more stable without the egg turner moving

Do what I'm do... pick out the ones you want to keep, make them your pets, and the rest are just "filler".
