That was me this morning. My daughter woke me up 20 minutes before the bus was supposed to be there because I asparagus turned off the alarm and went back to bed. I wasn't right all day today lol.

@Sally Sunshine, there are 74 eggs in lockdown. I payed the picture the other day but I Finnair stood over the bator and counted exactly how many are in there. I'm going to need a bigger brooder!

So I finally got a flashlight that was powerful enough to candle my darker eggs! YAY!

But, when I candled my dark shipped olive egger eggs, they all had horrible saddle air pockets!!!

Can they still hatch properly? I can see veins and movement.

Here's an example of 2 of them:

So I noticed that I put a Marans egg back in upside down when I set them 13 days ago. I had a hard time seeing into it to identify the air cell, so I put the end the breeder marked up. Today I had a hunch and checked the other end. I see veining. Hopefully I found it before too,much went wrong. Anybody else make this mistake?
