Something is wrong with my white leghorn eggs! :-/

I set 9 and only one hatched! I had sold a dozen to a guy and he only had one hatch too! I opened an unhatched egg and the chick was perfect inside but never absorbed his yolk sac. What could be happening? They are fertile and my other eggs hatched that were not wl. :-/

The problem could be any of about 15 different things.
Read this and see what may apply to your situation. Since it is almost all your eggs, I'd focus on things that are related to the breeder flock or incubation.

I might have or might not have identified a problem with my Incuview. As I FILLED the incubator with lockdown eggs, I candled each egg and placed them in the incubator. I know that I took all the eggs with OBVIOUS draw downs and put them in 1 corner, I didn't think I did anything more with the rest of the eggs than put the same color eggs in the same area. Not a single egg that lined the left side of my bator has pipped or hatched. EVERYWHERE else in the 'bator they have been popping like crazy. Is there a dead spot in some incubators? Even with a fan?
