Actually, Banti's right. Heavens refers to the sky, like where the stars are. Heaven's means Heaven owns something; thus, if you say, "Good Heaven's lady!" (that's what you said, right?), then you are saying that Heaven owns her.WRONG!!! "Heaven" is singular. Adding the 's makes it possesive. And "Heavens" is plural; there isn't but one Heaven!!!!!
