Ok so in that link it said to treat normal eggs as normal. I have a few with normal (to me) air cells, how would I do this in the brinsea octagon 20 or will they be ok not turned for two days with the others?

Anyway you could hand turn them?

it would mean opening up the incubator every time (temp and humidity drop quite a bit when I do this) would it be better for the temp and humidity to drop rather than not turning the normal ones?

Turning your eggs is super important. Don't risk the healthy eggs for the eggs that have things against them already. Shouldn't take that long to do.
