i have to use either a hand saw or sawzall, i dont have a jig sawThe lid is empty. I use one piece of glass from a picture frame but it broke a few times until I put clear tape over the top of it. I used the silicon and ductape to hold it in place. The kids is the hardest part to cut. I used a jig sae
Make's a terrible viewing window if you cover it back up.the lid to the cooler is thick, so i am thinking 2 pieces of glass, but then theyd be over an inch apart ( i think, i have not actually done anything to the cooler but bring it inside the house)
so i was going to use the foam to take up space in the lid after i cut into it, to reinsulate kinda, depends on whats in the lid i guess

Nice Benny!! Are the dark blue and the lightest blue the same weave? When are you going to use the pink strand?
I sent him 550 paracord that the site I buy it from says it has a diameter of 3/16 inch or 4.5mm. The cord should support 550 lbs. I watched a video of them making the paracord and it was amazing. They did a stress test to see at what pressure it would break, and the 4 cords they tested both snapped around 650lbs of pressure. What's the diameter of the cord?
