No, and NO! I took advantage of the fact that they seem to see themselves as part of the flock. Before nesting in my coop, they would wait by the food bowls outside in the morning, and stand there while I filled the bowls. They were cool with letting me fill water with them right there too. They eat alongside of the flock. They let me hold them. Duckling doesn't scare them either. I only touched the egg because she doesn't see me as a threat. And now you have me wanting to candle. Only because taking a dove from its natural habitat sounds like something Seth would do.
