Hi Folks- I messed up. I wrote down "lockdown day" and I should have written "hatch day." So what happened?? I have three quail that have hatched, but the rails are still in there, etc. I unplugged the turner, so that's fine. Question is this: What now? If I open it, I'll shrinkwrap the babies that are unhatched. My house is EXTREMELY dry. If I don't open it and remove the rails, they could have difficulties hatching, get stuck, etc. I only have three rails in the incubator, so there is a little space for them to walk. Not sure what to do here. And feeling REALLY STUPID.

What kind of rails , pics plz also i think bump up the humidity then take them out real fast hmmm @Nabiki @Kiki Ever happen to you ?

Take the rails out. If you're quick, you won't shrink wrap the pipped eggs. Put a layer of paper towels down and when you open the incubator, you can put a few drops of water onto the paper towel, so the humidity will go back up quickly once you close the incubator.
