Just checked the bottle - says it expired . Still using it for the parakeets, canaries, doves, and finches.
FYI - just candled 11 (on day 35). The inner membrane is pipped, we can hear the rhythmic beat (turns out that's BREATHING, according to the website Kathy sent the link to yesterday), and see lots of movement, including the beak pecking at the shell. Should we make a safe hole, or wait?
Candled 12, 13 and 14, which are all also in lockdown. Don't see any movement.
NOPE lets let him go, we don't want to rush them.. Lets see what he does in the next 24 hours. Sounds like he will do it all on his own. We have all our settings back on track, no need to rush them from here on, He will hear the others and I bet he will speed things up to see what the heck is going on outside that shell, He'll want to join the party..
