Incubator help please

The air cells don't look too rough in those pictures, but of course you might be seeing something that's not showing up. A detached air cell will move around the egg as you rotate the egg. It's totally free-floating.
Ok thank you! I haven’t seen any of the air cells just floating around yet, so that’s good :)

I don’t know what to do!

Hi
I need some help. It’s my first time incubating eggs. I got shipped eggs from MPC ( a mixed batch). I have a Farm Innovations Pro Series 4250. I tried it out before the eggs came. It all looked good. Temp and humidity stable. Eggs came and I let them sit for a day. As soon as I put them in the incubator my incubator will not regulate! I do have a separate hygrometer/temp on top of the eggs It goes from 97-103. Every time I think it’s stable. It either goes low or high! Arghh. My local TSC has a
Harris Farms Nuture Right 360. Should I just go get that one and transfer my eggs over? Thank you for any input. I’m driving myself crazy on the internet!
If you already put your eggs in you will need to put them in another you can control the temperature.

Ok I can go get the Nuture Right one but still concerned because that one the eggs lay on their sides and mine were shipped eggs that I read do better pointy end down. Thank you for your help!

They only lay on their side if you are turning the eggs but if you put them in an egg tray you always put the point/smaller end down.

Have you salt tested the hygrometers for accuracy? do you know which of the thermometers is most accurate? My digital can be off +/- 5*. You may want to consider checking temp with medical grade oral thermometer. I also compare my digital reading to room temp to determine how much it could be off.
