I need help designing an automatic egg turner for my little giant incubator. It is 15×15 in. I've run out of ideas. It needs to b able to hold 4.5 dozen eggs at least

Here's a really good video on how to build one. All you need is to buy a telescopic clock motor, they're on ebay for $10-$15. When you say 4.5dozen eggs do you mean chicken eggs?
