Incubators?

I need to purchase a incubator and wanted to get some help from the experts. I would like to not spend more than 200 since we are just starting out. Could someone please give us some recommendations for one.

hova bator genisis 1588 and turner. It is preset so all you do is put eggs in turner and plug it in. Temp is at 99.5 and humidity is all you have to watch. About as fool-proof as you can get. I call it an electric hen.
