Just an update on my last round! I got 15/15 that made it to lock down! There were some clears and one or two blood rings at 5 days, otherwise all hatched!

Day 14! Candled and found one possible early quitter, left it in just in case. The remaining 13 are doing good, those eggs are getting *really* full. Lockdown on Thursday!

I just candled my 27 egg set that is at day 14 and I had to chunk 9. 1 blood ring and 8 clears. The rest were good and we even saw an embryo move. The kids got all excited. They are more than ready to see some chicks hatch

Hatch day is 5 days away but I just caught an egg rocking out of the corner of my eye! Didn't know they could wiggle this early.

I saw another egg rocking this morning, so I decided to turn off the turning arm even though it's only Day 17. I figure if they're moving into hatch position they won't appreciate being rolled over every hour.
