We had Indian food last night. Saag paneer, mmmmm. I too have tried to cook in that style and found it out of my league.
Jenns, that blog link was hilarious. We were with you on the list till Starbucks, we prefer our Dutch Bros and Beaneries here. Coffee is serious business out here in the Pacific NW. We can definitely tell the difference between the eastern cuisines you listed, we are so spoiled here with good restaurants. There is a Vietnamese Baguette place that is divine, and cheap. Though I confess that I don't remember having Korean food, something I will have to remedy!
