Indian Runner Hens - got 2 babies - when can I mix them in with my chickens 6 hens and 1 Araucana ro

Hi I have 6 chickens and 1 Araucana rooster who is fiesty as hell.
When, or can I even mix the indian runners in with the chickens - I mean in the same run area? or is this a bad idea?
I am building them seperate runs - ducks will get a water feature in thier run when they are older and do not need to be supervised.

Thoughts?

The Ducks have their own pen now and a big water tub - the chickens seem jealous....

How old are they? Separate might be better.
