Ok, I been a BAD BAD girl!! LOL Ok, not really... but I was in the middle of Tractor Supply (scary, one of my fav stores & yes I am a woman ) and I saw this book and HAD to get it!!

NOW I am addicted and have a wish list of feathered friends I want!!! LOL

I like this one as a hen ONLY , the roosters are typically prettier, but not in this one IMO​

Oh I am in trouble I can tell now!!! LOL

I got that book at the library a few months ago, but my husband made me take it back, he said it was just to much temptation, and I already have close to 80 birds. My son and I really like the phoenix male. He is so beautiful. I want to get him one to show for 4H next year.

That would have been great but for being 179 miles from me. I thank you for the info. does your friend ever go to Louisville? DH is a trk. driver for a local feed and seed, he goes down there almost once a week. But he is in a co. trk so a detour that big would be noticed.

They look like my pullet. My boy looks a lot different. He has a lot of color, and tons of orange around his head. How old are these?

They are about 17 wks and no eggs or crows from either! As a matter of fact none of the chicks I got in Feb are laying yet...what am I doing wrong? Not even Philo and Dilly (the WCB Polish) very sure they are pullets though considering their beautiful fluffy full head crests!

I haven't been on lately, been slowly trying to clean coops and set up for winter. Have a few silkies and geese to sell. Then I'm down where I'll at least be happy !!

It's not evident in this picture, but she's already so much bigger than she was just a few days ago! Ducks really do grow fast, don't they?

I am thinking about ordering Guineas keets from Ideal. but the min. is 25, I don't want that many My neighbors would throw a hissy. Would anyone be interested in buying any for cost. pm me if you want any.

My cousin has 2-5 week old guineas for sale if interested, same person you bought the MF from. He has pearls and multi-colored available for $3 each.
