Apparently it is nearly impossible to have a Chocolate Australorp. I know she is pure bred so It's not 100% impossible. Just getting anyone to believe it has been a challenge.
Funny how that works. She looks chocolate to me as well. Beautiful by the way.
we are out in the country but in a row of long skinny lots so instead of staying safely on our 5 acres or our imediate neighbors they ventured two doors down. I have a pen for them that's 27X35 ish but only about 4.5 feet high so they're going over! I had to leave the poor things inside the coop all day today for fear they'd visit the neighbor while I was gone.
