Hatched around the third week of March, meaning they're approximately 18 weeks old? I'm going to go against the popular vote and say that looks like a pullet approaching maturity. A good side shot clearly showing the saddle area would help to confirm, though.
Ditto. The one BO roo I had was noticeably a roo by 6 weeks. This just looks like a pullet to me. The wattles, comb, legs and breast don't appear so much bigger by this point that I'd say Ronnie just yet. Orp roos get big quick, generally behave noticeably rooster-y early, and buff boys will have darker areas of feathering on the shoulders and saddles by this point
