Infected eye? What does one do?

Hi,
My wonderful two year old hen Ping has something going on with her eye. A picture tells a thousand words so please see below. What do I do about it? I hope it isn't anything my other eight hens and rooster need to worry about, given all the hens have chosen 20 degree weather to molt in. (Ping is molting, too.)
