Infection or tumor??

If possible soak in a warm Epson Salt bath, it does look like dried up oozing stuff dried up. Hopefully the soak will loosen the crust & remove itself. Could try getting some help & soak her wing in the sink or tub  If it's produces an open sore, Neosporin without the pain relief or Vetericyn or Blu Kote ... Agree not necessary to wrap unless she starts pecking at it.

Keep us posted.

@MissChick@dee has given you good instructions. Keep it clean and put on your ointment.
You mention that you are giving her Tylan50 - what dosage?

Did you know that Injectable Tylan50 can be given orally? Since Tylan50 is given 3 times a day, it would be better to give orally instead of by injection to avoid injection site necrosis which Tylan50 is known for.
In case you need dosing information - you need to weigh your bird - dosage is .25ml per pound of weight given orally 3 times a day for 5 days.

I absolutely agree...do not wrap the wounds.

Is she eating/drinking o.k.?

Thanks again! I did not know it could be given orally. I will try it! I gave her a 1/2 cc shot last night and then again this morning. I have not wrapped the wounds per your guys' advice. I soaked a towel in a hot water and Epsom salt solution and held it to her wounds this morning for about 30 mins total. Plan on doing the same tonight. Reapplied vetericyn and antibiotic cream. They pretty much look the same. Maybe slightly more oozy if any change

If you can weigh her so you can give her the correct dosage that would be good. Tylan50 is to be given 3 times a day, so try to get that going.

After a couple of days of soaks/compresses and application of the ointment(s), take some more photos and let us see. Hopefully those will soften up.

You mention that they are "oozy" - is it pus that is coming out?

No I don't think its puss. I've had similar, albeit smaller, rashes myself where it is crusty and the stuff that makes the crust also makes the crust somewhat "wet". sorry if it's TMI.... that's what it's like. My rashes are usually due to some kind of reaction as I have sensitive skin. I'm convinced she must have had puncture wounds from the hawk and maybe they all pecked at them. it could be puss that caused the "crust" I'm not sure as I unfortunately just noticed this last night. She's so puffy in the winter and acting normal I didn't even see anything that was wrong. The crust part is hard but the underside is soft, swollen skin. Luckily for me I work close enough to home that I can give her the antibiotics 3x/day.

Nope, not TMI:) The more you tell us, the better since we are not there to see it in person.
I think I understand what you are saying. Does she have an odor or smell like she has infection?

Almost sounds like favus
I'm wondering if it's a fungal infection?
@MissChick@dee do you think it would be worth taking the scab off on a small section to see what's underneath?
The "oozing" does not sound good to me, plus chickens do not usually absorb fluid/pus like mammals and humans.
