Injured baby duck

Hey there!
Love Chicago! I will upload a video to YouTube so you can see her. I think she could stand if she tried but that back leg has her off balance. She can only turn in circles. I’ve been lifting her to water and putting food in my hand for her. She just a baby ☹️ I’ll post the link when the video is uploaded. Thanks to everyone for helping out with suggestions. It’s greatly appreciated!

Working out of the Chicago area this week…
Is the duckling able to stand on any of its legs? - If not, the outlook is indeed not good.
One of my White Layer ducklings arrived with an injured leg this spring but was able to hop on the other leg and got around rather well. I made a hobble for her out of two zip-ties, a piece of gift-wrap-band and duct-tape:

With that on both legs, she started to put more and more weight on the injured leg and today she is almost back to normal, this is a picture of her standing. Her right leg is the injured one.

I gave her daily baths (30 minutes) together with one or two friends, so she wouldn't be so scared. Have a look into the daisy-album
If you could record a video of the duckling, upload this on YouTube and post the link here, that would be very helpful.

Yes I can bend the knee. I used some paper tape and lightly taped it to stay bent. Is that good or bad (saw it on YouTube)

Okay first of all put something under her so she can get traction. Like a towel or the rubber shelf matting. Both of those really work good for traction. Also can you bend the knee?

I think if you can bend the knee get the little one on something for traction first and lets see how she does. I think it would be best if the leg could move so the muscles are kept in motion. Like put some nice warm water into the sink and just enough water to top of legs put the duckling in your hand and gently lay you hand into the warm water see if you can gently slip your hand out from under her. See how she moves the leg. Water therapy is one of the best things to get motion and strength in the legs along with the liquid B complex.
