Injured bill

I dont know how this happened, but it seems painfull. It looks like the bean got caught on something. What can i do for her?

I'd try one of two things if it were me. Glue it down with crazy glue would be my first choice or clip it off - this would cause initial pain and bleeding, but the bill would then heal.
