Is her face swollen on that side as well? If her eye has been scratched then she might have an ulcer or something like that. I would call an avian specialist and ask what home remedies would work for something like that. Also, i would give a bolus of garlic to her. Maybe 5cc daily for a week.

no coughing or sneezing. she seems fine in ever aspect but the eye. i am new to chickens. so learning as i go

Were you able to flush the eye with saline?

If not, then try to get the eye open so you can take a look at it - that much swelling, she may have some pus in it. Flush with saline, remove any pus or discharge that you see, then apply your Vetericyn Eye Gel.

Apply the gel 2x a day and flush the eye once a day or more as needed.

i have spray. the feed store told me to just spray around the eye and the spray was better than the gel. i am going to get saline tomorrow. when do saline. do i jusg put inside the eye.

Are you sure flushing the eye wont cause more damage to her eye especially if her actual eyeball wasnt scratched?

All photos OP has posted, eye is closed. That much swelling, most likely the eye is infected. It would be wise, imho, to flush the eye, then apply an ophthalmic ointment or gel to the eye.
