Drops of what? If you have ophthalmic drops, ointment or gel, yes, I would put those in the eye, but not until you have flushed the eye with saline.

Saline would be used to cleanse the eye - so use it as a flush.

Just go to the drug store to the eye care section. There you will find eye wash for people; also just plain saline. If you can't find it, ask the Pharmacist.

Yes, just pour it over her eye. If that IS discharge from her nose, then she is sick and you need to start her on antibiotics asap.
