Injured wing, can't get up

A few months ago our hen was attacked by dogs and basically her left shoulder ripped off. This left her wing droopy and I don't think there's enough muscles to use it at all anymore.

She's amazingly healed up (even has been laying eggs again). She's been the coop with her sisters for a few months now too.

My question is- with her lacking any sort of muscle strength in that wing, if she falls over or anything she gets stuck till we find her and help her. Sadly it appears this happens frequently and she gets stuck on her side for long periods.

Does anyone have suggestions on how to maybe strengthen that wing? Or some way to help her do this on her own? I'm at a loss on how to help her...

Surgical removal of the wing might actually help, but might be cost prohibitive.
