Injuried duck foot

My young khaki campbell has a weird thing growing by its middle nail on one foot. I have no idea what it is....
She is kind of limping and acting differently, but not too much.
I tried to get her to soak but she was mostly stressed out.
It almost looks like it's starting on the other foot too?

Can you get clearer pictures of the whole foot? It may be a start of bumblefoot but it’s hard to tell here.

for soaking duck feet i use a 5 gal bucket with a lid and cut a hole in the lid use warm water with epsom salts
this video at around minute 2 he is putting a duck in a bucket for her foot soaking
