Injuries on neck from chickens

Hi guys! I failed at introducing my chicks to my flock and now my chicks are paying for it. I feel horrible. I washed her neck and put some colloidal silver and nesporin on it. My vet is not open at the moment and they arent open on the weekend. Is there anything else I can do at home before we see a vet? She has a few abrasions, looks like the whole top layer of skin is gone in maybe 3 places. All on her neck I checked her over and I dont see any other wounds.
