Injury on Polish chick wing

Hi!
We picked up four 2 day old (now 3 days) polish chicks and straight away noticed one had a darker wing than the others. We thought it was just a quirk, but decided to look closer and noticed the wing looked injured and a bit gammy. The pics aren’t the best I’m afraid (poor phone camera), but has anyone any idea on what this could be, please? It seems to be seeping a wee bit. Would some antiseptic spray help?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I was thinking of bathing it or spraying with antiseptic spray, but wouldn’t like to do it until I’ve had some advice as I wrong want to make it worse

I would think cleaning it and using antiseptic would be a good idea, but I don't have much experience with injuries yet. @Pyxis @casportpony

The red circle, what does that feel like? Fluid or air? Is that just under the wing or on top too?
I would give it a clean up. Dry the area well and apply Vetericyn or triple antibiotic ointment.

I gave it a bathe and took a pic quick before I dried the area as you can see it better whilst it was still a bit wet. I’m not able to get a pic of under the wing by myself so will try again when my other half is home. Chick doesn’t show any signs that he’s bothered by my touching or moving his wing a wee bit.

Try and remove the blackish spots unless the skin is black.

The wing seems to have stiffened up a fair bit which made it even harder to look underneath again. After moving some fluff I found this on top of the wing

How hard is the yellow spot

It’s quite hard. It feels soft like skin, like if I used my nail I could scratch it, but the lump itself is solid. Doesn’t feel fluid filled
