• What were the exact steps you took before having the problem? Please be as specific as possible so we can do exactly what you did. (list the album, pages, what you clicked, what you selected, etc.)
Went to My Profile, scrolled to the bottom, clicked on upload photos. Clicked on Select Photos, selected one photo the first time and two the second time I tried it, chose Personal album type, Chocolate Bantam Cochin Project was the album (left the category as uncategorized). Clicked Upload. After bar for upload status is at 100%, it goes to another page where I get this message:

"Insufficient Permissions
Your account does not have the required permissions to access this page.
Logout and try again with an administrative account, or contact a site administrator for support."


• How long has it been happening? If only one time, what day and time did it happen?
5 days or so

• Which browser and version are you using (eg., Firefox 3.5.9, Internet Explorer 7, etc.)
Firefox (whatever the newest one is, with the newest updates)

• Have you logged out, deleted your internet cache / browser history of files, logged back in, and tried again?
Yes

• Have you tried a different browser (we suggest Firefox or Chrome)?
Chrome, same issue.

This should be fixed now. If you had / have this problem, please try clearing your cache and trying again. If it is still an issue reply back with the detailed answers to the questions posted earlier.
